Our client, a leading Bermuda law firm, is accepting applications for a qualified trust attorney to join their expanding trust practice in Hamilton.

The responsibilities of this challenging role include:

• advising on the formation and operation of international and domestic trust structures
• providing advice and assistance to clients in trust and estate planning
• advising executors and trustees in relation to estate matters and drafting trust documents

In addition to excellent client relationship and business development skills, the successful applicant should have 5 years of post qualification experience in the trust field and a strong knowledge of Company Law and the use of trusts in commercial transactions.
