One of South Africa's premier international law firms seeks a mid-level Finance or Corporate Lawyer - Bilingual English/Portuguese speaker - with at least 2/3 years experience from a leading International Firm. Ideally you would have had some exposure to Africa and a passion for work on the continent.

Based in their Johannesburg office, you will join an international team that is experiencing unprecedented growth working on cross border deals across Africa in both Anglophone and Luso-Phone Africa, with an opportunity for a successful candidate to work on various international projects. They enjoy a broad variety of deals from ground breaking project finance and energy deals, mining and natural resources to corporate finance and private equity funds work. The role will require good solid experience in finance and banking and corporate commercial to include a broad range of corporate transactions aswell as fluency in Portuguese and English.
